Lucky Strike Entertainment seeks a General Manager to own the guest experience, team, finances and culture across the center. You will lead from the floor, ensuring memorable visits and operational excellence.

You will drive sales, develop leaders, and manage full P&L with a hands-on, floor-first approach, including nights and weekends as needed. Competitive benefits accompany a rewarding career path.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a high-volume guest-focused venue.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and hitting financial targets.
• Full P&L fluency including budgeting and cost control.
• Experience building and developing leadership teams from the ground up.
• Visible leadership on the floor during peak times.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all center operations across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar and events.
• Drive daily sales through guest engagement, events and marketing.
• Build and develop high-performing teams with accountability and hospitality.
• Set performance expectations and ensure consistent results across departments.
• Own full P&L including labor, COGS, inventory and cost controls.
• Keep facilities and spaces clean, operational and guest-ready.
