McDonald’s operates a restaurant franchise and is seeking a General Manager to lead the team, ensure profitability, and uphold McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.

You will manage a high-volume location, develop staff, hire and coach Department and Shift Managers, and drive performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Prior GM or equivalent leadership in quick-service or hospitality settings is required.

Qualificações

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for meeting McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• To meet restaurant goals, the General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, sets goals, follows up, and provides coaching and direction.
• The General Manager may hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for the future.
• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations; background in quick service or hospitality/retail is strongly desired; must be 18+ to manage.
