Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a General Manager to oversee a location’s performance, operations, and team culture. The role drives revenue growth, ensures safety and service standards, and reports to the Area Director.

The position requires 1–3 years of management experience in a fast-paced setting, supervising 8–12 staff, with strong leadership and communication skills. Availability for 45–50 hrs/week and a base salary of $60,000–$65,000 with bonus potential are included.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or similar fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities with proven sales acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with conflict-resolution abilities.
