Job summary

WhiteWater Express in Columbia, SC is seeking a General Manager to oversee the daily operations, drive revenue, and sustain a high-standard customer experience. You will lead staff development, uphold safety policies, and manage financial performance while fostering a positive team culture.

Reporting to the Area Director, you will hire, train, and coach a team of 8–12, balance scheduling, and collaborate with Facilities and IT to keep the location running smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Strong leadership and sales acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and POS systems.
