Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a General Manager for the Cedar Rapids location. You will lead daily operations, coach the team, drive revenue, and ensure compliance while delivering world-class customer service.

You’ll receive hands-on coaching and development programs to grow your leadership and impact, with opportunities across eleven brands nationwide and a strong focus on career advancement and a performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive performance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Manage overall store performance and meet/exceed company standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop team; train on systems and procedures.
• Identify local marketing opportunities and build revenue through partnerships and events.
• Process loan/pawn applications and assess risk within limits.
• Enforce compliance with quality standards and regulations; participate in audits.
