Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands in Birmingham, AL is seeking a General Manager for Easy Money. You will lead daily store operations, coach a team, drive growth, ensure compliance, and deliver world-class customer service to our customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, and Microsoft Office; valid driver's license and auto insurance; 18+ (19 in Alabama).

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance to meet or exceed company standards.
• Coach and develop all team members to grow business and revenue.
• Identify local marketing strategies and build revenue through partnerships.
• Review loan/pawn applications and assess risk within limits.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and legal regulations.
• Maintain cash handling, loss prevention, and financial controls.
• Hire and train staff and develop work schedules.
