Job summary

The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Forestdale, AL. You will support customers with financial services, drive store operations, and help develop leadership skills while contributing to a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

We offer paid training, cross-brand mobility across 11 brands nationwide, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for advancement. This is a full-time, in-person role with weekends as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle.
• Background check required.
• Able to meet the physical demands of this position.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build new business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while focusing on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives.
• Perform duties outside of the office as needed, including on-site vehicle appraisals and store errands.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness and schedule maintenance services.
• Meet company performance standards by leveraging partnerships and hosting events.
