Job summary

Gerald Jones Auto Group seeks an experienced General Manager for Gerald Jones Ford in Augusta, GA. You will lead Sales, F&I, Service, Parts, and administration, shaping strategy to grow market share and profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will recruit and develop high-performing leaders, ensure Ford standards, manage budgets, and build a culture of accountability and success across the dealership and community.

Qualifications

• Significant automotive dealership management experience required.
• Previous GM or senior leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to grow new and pre-owned vehicle sales and market share.
• Proven profitability and KPI management across departments.
• Strong understanding of dealership financial statements, forecasting, expenses, inventory, and KPIs.
• Experience leading and developing managers across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Sales, F&I, Service, Parts, and operations.
• Develop strategies to grow market share and achieve sales, gross profit, expenses, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maximize new and pre-owned vehicle sales opportunities in the Augusta market.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain department leaders and staff.
• Review financial statements, forecasts, and KPIs; improve profitability and efficiency.
• Represent the dealership with Ford Motor Company and maintain compliance with standards.
