Qualifications

• Experience in sales preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate technical information to customers.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and understand their automotive needs.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing the sale.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our vehicle inventory.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives for customers.
• Assist customers with financing options and completing necessary paperwork.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Attend training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products.
