Njswim, a premier aquatic education brand, seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations in a dynamic, kid-focused environment in Florham Park, NJ. You will work both in and out of the pool, directly managing teams and ensuring exceptional experiences for families and staff.

With comprehensive training and opportunities for growth, you will drive teaching quality, customer satisfaction and operational excellence while leading a motivated team in a fun, rewarding setting.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate college degree; 5 years of relevant leadership/work experience may be considered.
• 2–3 years of management experience overseeing a department/division/site/team.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and empower a team.
• Genuine love for teaching children.
• Ability to recognize problems and resolve them on the spot.
• Excellent customer service skills - it must be natural for you to want to say "yes!".
• Ability to set goals, create plans and convert plans into action.

Pay Range

USD $55,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.

Pay and Perks

Benefits of this full-time, salaried position include:

• Full salary range: $55,000-$80,000

• Up to $17,000.00 in bonus potential
• Monthly phone allowance of $50 per paycheck
