Emler Swim School in Portland, OR, is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations both in and out of the pool, engaging with children, families and staff. You will be coaching teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving growth through hands-on management.

You’ll participate in training programs, manage schedules, and develop staff to deliver outstanding programs across our award-winning swim school.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate college degree required.
• 2–3 years of management experience.
• Proven success in leading, motivating and empowering a team.
• A genuine love for teaching children.
• Ability to recognize problems and resolve them on the spot.
• Excellent customer service skills; must say “yes”!
• Ability to set goals, create plans and convert plans into action.

• Undergraduate College degree (5 years of relevant leadership/work experience may be considered)

• 2-3 years of management experience (supervising a department/division/site/team)

• Proven success in leading, motivating, and empowering a team

• A genuine love for teaching children

• Ability to recognize problems and resolve them on the spot

• Excellent customer service skills - it must be natural for you to want to say "yes!"\

• Ability to set goals, create plans and convert plans into action

Pay Range

USD $55,900.00 - USD $78,260.00 /Yr.

Pay and Perks

• Full salary range: $55,900-$78,260

• Up to $17,000.00 in bonus potential
