Job summary

Emler Swim School in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Operations Manager with strong leadership and a passion for developing teams. You will split time between poolside leadership and office duties, guiding staff and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

We offer extensive training, ongoing professional development, and a comprehensive benefits package. This full-time role includes 30–40 hours weekly, with opportunities for advancement within a award-winning program.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate college degree preferred; 3 years of relevant work experience may be considered.
• 1-2 years of management experience.
• Excellent performance record reporting to a General Manager or Supervisor while leading, motivating, and empowering a skilled and productive team
• A genuine love for teaching children
• Ability to recognize problems and resolve on the spot
• Excellent customer service skills - it must be natural for you to want to say "yes!"
• Ability to set goals, create plans and convert plans into action

• Perform daily operations from teaching swim lessons, deck management, engaging customers, and MORE!

Pay Range

USD $19.00 - USD $25.65 /Hr.

Pay and Perks
