Emler Swim School in Portland is seeking a General Manager who works both in and out of the pool to lead a vibrant team, deliver exceptional experiences to children and families, and drive daily operations.

You will receive comprehensive training, participate in a formal development program, and enjoy a competitive salary with bonus potential and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or comparable leadership experience.
• 2–3 years of management experience supervising a department or team.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and empower a team.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Undergraduate College degree (5 years of relevant leadership/work experience may be considered)

• 2-3 years of management experience (supervising a department/division/site/team)

• Proven success in leading, motivating, and empowering a team

• A genuine love for teaching children

• Ability to recognize problems and resolve them on the spot

• Excellent customer service skills - it must be natural for you to want to say "yes!"

• Ability to set goals, create plans and convert plans into action

Pay Range

USD $55,900.00 - USD $78,260.00 /Yr.

Pay and Perks

Benefits of this full-time, salaried position include:

• Full salary range: $55,900-$78,260

• Up to $17,000.00 in bonus potential
• Monthly phone allowance of $50 per paycheck
