Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in management position.
• Availability for 8-hour shifts including weekends.
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills.

Responsibilities

• Workforce Management: Lead staffing, sourcing, onboarding, and scheduling to build a motivated and passionate team.
• Create and implement recruitment strategies aligned with Smoothie King's mission.
• Organize shifts to balance team and guest needs effectively.
• Learning and Development: Empower team members through tailored training and mentorship to ensure operational excellence.
• Identify skill gaps and customize ongoing training programs.

• Operational Excellence: Maintain brand standards in food safety, store appearance, and operational tools usage.
• Manage cash activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Sales and Inventory: Optimize product placement, manage inventory, and drive local marketing initiatives.
• Analyze KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
