Job summary

Smoothie King Midwest is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the GM in leading the team and delivering an exceptional guest experience while upholding brand standards. The AM works alongside the team across all operations, including coaching, cash handling, and driving KPI performance.

Eligible candidates will have guest service experience, at least 1 year of supervisory work, and a flexible schedule including weekends. Competitive pay starts at $21/hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Supervisory or leadership experience.
• Flexible work schedule and ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM in leading the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain brand standards and coach team on performance and KPIs.
• Oversee cash handling and store operations during shifts.
• Support community marketing to raise brand and location awareness.
• Foster a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment.
