Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of General Manager experience in a service-oriented, fine-dining restaurant.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop, motivate and hold teams accountable.
• Excellent guest service skills with the ability to provide personalized recommendations and create memorable experiences.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations while maintaining consistent standards for food, service, and hospitality.
• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere through attentive, friendly, professional, and courteous service.
• Act with urgency to help drive and protect restaurant sales.
• Stay knowledgeable about the local market and surrounding restaurants, businesses, and hotels.
• Regularly evaluate service standards through audits and guest and employee feedback.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and overall restaurant appearance.
• Oversee restaurant repairs and maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
• Utilize basic computer applications and POS systems to support daily operations.
• Inspire, Inspect, and Inform restaurant team members through hands-on leadership.
• Develop and support the management team; conduct staff evaluations and growth plans.
• Recruit and hire great talent; provide coaching and accountability.
• Lead PR, marketing, and sales-building efforts; drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong vendor relationships and balance operational needs with budgets.
