Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a General Manager for our McMinnville, TN store. You’ll lead daily operations, coach a diverse team, manage revenue growth, and ensure compliance while delivering world‑class customer service.

This role rewards performance with training, development programs, and clear career advancement. You’ll engage with local marketing, partner with community organizations, and oversee loan/pawn transactions, risk controls, and staff scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory or leadership experience.
• Operations leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; personal vehicle for work.
• Must be at least 18 years old; background check required.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding standards.
• Coach, lead, and develop team to grow store revenue.
• Identify local marketing opportunities and partnerships.
• Process loan/pawn applications and assess risk within limits.
• Enforce quality standards, compliance, and audits as directed.
• Oversee cash management, security, and loss prevention.
