Job summary

Bonrue Bakery is seeking a General Manager to run the daily operations of a flagship Utah location. You’ll oversee hiring, scheduling, guest experience, food safety, and profitability, leading the team with energy, clarity, and accountability to ensure smooth shifts and delighted guests.

You’ll own customer experience, brand presentation, inventory and vendor relationships, and monthly performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of GM experience in food, beverage, or retail.
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to become certified).
• Food Handler’s Permit and valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily execution of Bonrue standards in hospitality, speed, and quality.
• Own on-site customer experience and brand presentation.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and team performance.
