Bonrue Bakery in Utah is seeking a hands-on General Manager to run daily operations at our flagship Draper location. You’ll hire and schedule staff, ensure food safety, manage guest experience, and drive profitability with accountability and energy.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years GM experience in food/beverage or retail environments.
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to become certified)
• Food Handler’s Permit and valid driver’s license
• Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace
• Strong leadership and coaching skills

Responsibilities

• Lead daily hospitality, speed, and food quality to company standards.
• Own the customer experience and brand presentation on-site.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance coaching for the team.
• Manage food safety, storage, inventory, and supplier relationships.
• Analyze weekly P&L, sales metrics, and labor costs to drive profitability.
