Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a General Manager to be fully accountable for profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs restaurant, ensuring compliance with all guidelines and regulations. You will lead a positive, energetic team, hire/train staff, manage costs, and drive profitability, while delivering Heartfelt Service and a cheerful, safe work environment.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and financial acumen, with open weekend availability and the ability to work up to 13-hour

Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience.
• Hire, train and motivate a high-performance team.
• Understand and manage food and labor costs.
• Understand a Profit and Loss Statement and operate restaurant at maximum profitability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant complies with local, state and federal regulations including health and wage rules.
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness.
• Maintain profitability by controlling food cost, labor, utilities and sales growth.
• Lead Local Restaurant Marketing in the local trade area.
• Represent Firehouse Subs in a professional manner at all times.
