Firehouse Subs in Georgia is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure profitable restaurant performance in line with company standards. You will hire, train and coach a high-performing team, manage food and labor costs, and uphold all safety and regulatory requirements while delivering hospitable, fast-casual service.

Open weekends and some nights as required; you will monitor P&L statements, implement company initiatives, and actively participate

• Ensure the restaurant is compliant with local, state and federal regulations including health, wage/hour, age restrictions and ADA/OSHA requirements.
• Enforce knowledge and adherence to Firehouse Subs policies and Procedures.
• Provide leadership to achieve superior guest service, quality and cleanliness while promoting a cheerful, customer-friendly culture.
• Ensure profitability by monitoring food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth.
• Coordinate and implement current operations game plans and company initiatives.
• Staff the restaurant with qualified personnel and develop their skills.
• Lead and develop the Assistant Manager and Shift Managers.
• Participate in local restaurant marketing efforts in the trade area.
• Promote Public Safety Foundation initiatives and ensure required programs and reports are completed on schedule.
• Maintain equipment and communicate any issues to ownership.
• Represent Firehouse Subs professionally at all times.
• Communicate with GM/Owner about issues affecting business.
• Any other duties assigned by the Owner.
