You’ll manage daily operations, coach staff, and ensure consistent service and product quality while building a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in restaurant management or similar setting.
• Strong scheduling, cost control, and profitability focus.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Hands-on leader with emphasis on execution, service, and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure consistent food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Build schedules that align staffing with sales and business needs.
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, waste, and other controllable expenses.
• Monitor performance and take action when results fall short of expectations.
• Maintain fast, accurate order execution while following safety standards.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and a high customer experience score.
• Ensure inspections and safety standards are met.
• Communicate staffing needs and performance opportunities to leadership.
