ARK Hospitality is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead operations at Everhome Suites Glendale Sports & Entertainment District. This modern extended-stay hotel offers apartment-style suites with full kitchens, complimentary WiFi, and on-site amenities designed for guests staying a week or longer.

The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, budgeting, guest satisfaction, team development, and brand compliance while driving strong financial results and maintaining service

Qualifikationen

• Previous hotel leadership experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager, or Hotel Department Head.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest service, team leadership, and property management.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, payroll, labor costs, expense controls, and financial performance.

• Lead all aspects of hotel operations, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry, Guest Services, and overall property performance.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence and engage with guests and team members.
