Job summary

ARK Hospitality is seeking a hands-on, service-driven General Manager to lead operations at Everhome Suites Cheyenne. This role focuses on building high-performing teams, delivering memorable guest experiences, and driving strong financial results in an extended-stay setting.

Located near F.E. Warren AFB and downtown Cheyenne, the GM will oversee Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Sales, ensure brand standards with Choice Hotels, and develop future leaders while maintaining guest

Qualifications

• Extended-stay hotel experience preferred.
• Choice Hotels experience preferred.
• Experience leading multiple hotel departments simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of occupancy management, ADR, RevPAR, revenue strategy.
• Labor planning and profitability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations in line with ARK Hospitality's vision and values.
• Accountable for financial performance, guest satisfaction, team development, and brand compliance.
• Lead department leaders, recruit and train staff, and foster a service-focused culture.
• Review priorities with leaders daily and maintain visible leadership presence.
• Ensure departments operate efficiently while upholding brand standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support sales initiatives and community engagement to drive occupancy and long-term guest loyalty.
