ARK Hospitality seeks a hands-on General Manager for Everhome Suites Cheyenne, an ARK-managed extended-stay property. You’ll lead all hotel operations, build a high-performing team, and drive guest satisfaction while delivering strong ownership returns.

Located near military, government, and healthcare hubs, this role requires visible, engaged leadership with a focus on strategic thinking and operational excellence to sustain growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel leadership experience at GM/Operations/Dept Head level.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, labor costs & financial performance.
• Strong leadership, coaching & employee development skills.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all hotel operations: Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry & Guest Services.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, mentor & develop team members.
• Create a service-focused culture governed by accountability & hospitality.
• Meet daily with department leaders to review priorities & opportunities.
• Maximize revenue while ensuring brand standards & expense controls.
