Job summary

Iron Works in Warwick, RI is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations and drive profitability in a vibrant gastropub setting, with an extensive beer and cocktail program and a strong New England hospitality focus. You will hire, train and develop staff, oversee guest experience, budgeting, purchasing, labor costs and inventory, and ensure a quality guest experience every day.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as a General Manager in a high-volume upscale dining environment.
• Experience with extensive beverage programs and guest service excellence.
• Strong budgeting, purchasing, labor cost management and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality guest experiences.
• Hire, train and develop employees and managers across guest service and F&B knowledge.
• Daily reconciliation of revenues and payroll to budget and forecast.
• Familiarity with financials, budgets, purchasing, labor costs, food costing, and inventory controls.
