Newport Restaurant Group is seeking a friendly Host for Iron Works in Warwick, RI. You will coordinate seating to deliver fast, courteous service in a gastropub setting.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication and teamwork, with flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and some holidays; you will help the front-of-house team and create a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends and some holidays as needed.
• Restaurant and OpenTable experience are preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment.

About the Position

In the Host role, you will coordinate seating of guests to provide fast and courteous service.
