Iron Works is a proud member of the Newport Restaurant Group. We are seeking a General Manager in Warwick, RI to lead daily operations and drive financial success in a gastropub-inspired setting.

The right candidate will have at least 3 years of GM experience in upscale, high-volume dining with beverage programs, plus strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills to develop staff and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as General Manager in an upscale, high-volume establishment.
• Flexible schedule to cover days, nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong leadership, relationship-building and staff management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality guest experience by managing all areas of daily operations.
• Hire, train, and develop employees and managers, including guest service, etiquette, and F&B knowledge.
• Daily reconciliation of revenues and payroll to budget and forecast.
• Familiarity with budgets, purchasing, labor costs, food costing, and inventory controls.
