Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Atlanta seeks an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations and create legendary guest experiences. You will manage a restaurant leadership team, monitor labor, safety, and food quality, and drive local marketing and community involvement to strengthen performance.

You bring 4–5 years of restaurant GM experience, deep knowledge of labor codes and P&L analysis, and a passion for training and developing your team. This role offers growth and recognition.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of management experience and prior restaurant General Manager experience.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and have a passion for training and developing your team.
• Ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restaurant management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Drive local restaurant marketing and ensure strong P&L results.
• Oversee community connection and fundraising activities.
• Lead team development and training to deliver legendary guest experiences.
