CRISP & GREEN in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a General Manager to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will mentor the CRISPCrew, recruit and develop future leaders, and ensure adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities include day-to-day operations, coaching performance, scheduling to control labor costs, and driving sales through marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3 years previous management/supervisory experience.
• 5 years customer service experience.
• Passion for living a healthy life.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in fast-paced environment.
• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule.
• Able to work at least 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant.
• Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow.
• Recruit, interview, and hire the right talent with a focus on future leaders.
