CRISP & GREEN in Denver is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and to be the face of our brand. You will mentor the #CRISPCrew, excel at managing both FOH and BOH, and help grow leaders from within the organization.

This role emphasizes guest experience, culture, and performance. You will implement coaching, schedule effectively, control labor costs, and drive growth through company marketing tactics while upholding Crisp & Green standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous management/supervisory experience.
• 3 years customer service experience.
• Passion for living a healthy life.
• Able to lift 50lbs.
• Able to stand long periods and work in fast-paced environment.
• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule.
• Able to work at least 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant.
