Job summary

CRISP & GREEN is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead day-to-day operations and mentor the team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will master both FOH and BOH while nurturing a positive people culture and growing as a leader within CRISP & GREEN.

The role focuses on staff development, hospitality, and operational excellence, with opportunities to advance as the brand grows and leaders are cultivated from within.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years management/supervisory experience.
• 3 years customer service experience.
• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule.
• Able to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods.
• Passion for living a healthy life.
• Able to work at least 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and serve as Manager on Duty.
• Coach and develop Team Leads and Certified Team Leads.
• Assist with hiring, training, and performance feedback.
• Ensure adherence to all food safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Execute opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Identify operational gaps and resolve issues on shift.
• Support GM with labor scheduling and cost control.
• Monitor shift-level P&L drivers such as food waste and overtime.
• Resolve guest issues with ownership and professionalism.
• Foster a culture of hospitality and accountability.
• Lead by example, modeling wellness, integrity, and hospitality.
• Create a positive, feedback-driven workplace culture.
