Job summary

CRISP & GREEN is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations in Minnesota. You will mentor the CRISPCrew, manage both front-of-house and back-of-house, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will recruit, coach, and develop talent while driving performance toward company goals. Ideal candidates bring 3 years GM experience, 5 years in customer service, and a passion for healthy living.

Qualifications

• Minimum: 3 years previous General Manager experience
• Minimum: 5 years customer service experience
• Passion for living a healthy life
• Able to lift 50lbs
• Able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-paced environment
• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule
• Able to work at least 50 hours per week

Responsibilities

• In charge of day to day operations and management of restaurant
• Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
• Recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for Crisp & Green
• Recognize and reward excellent performance
• Coach and document to improve or remove low performers
• Motivate and inspire team to achieve goals and standards
• Create an excellent guest experience through attention to detail
• Resolve conflicts promptly and professionally
• Communicate changes to menu, policies, benefits, and more
• Control labor costs by scheduling effectively
• Build sales through marketing tactics and programs
• Live and represent the Crisp & Green brand daily
