CRISP & GREEN is seeking a super talented Assistant General Manager to join our team. You will oversee day-to-day operations, mentor the CRISPCrew, and ensure a top-notch guest experience in a vibrant, health-conscious environment.

The AGM will master both FOH and BOH, build a strong team culture, recruit and develop future leaders, and drive sales through excellent service and company marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of previous management or supervisory experience.
• 3 years of customer service experience.
• Passion for living a healthy lifestyle.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Full-time availability with a flexible schedule.
• Willing to work at least 50 hours per week.
