You will oversee opening, closing, scheduling, inventory, health and safety compliance, and staff development. The role demands 50+ hours weekly and a commitment to delivering fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old and valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2+ years of restaurant management in fast-food.
• Experience leading a team of 20+ people.
• Food safety knowledge and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, and schedule crew and management.
• Conduct ongoing training for all staff on standards and procedures.
• Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and address issues.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations—opening, closing, and shift-to-shift execution.
• Manage inventory orders and ensure health, safety and brand compliance.
• Meet financial targets by controlling labor costs and COGS.
