Job summary

Zaxby's in Georgia is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and uphold our standard of outstanding product and service.

You will recruit and train front- and back-of-house teams, monitor schedules and inventory, and collaborate with the Operations Manager to deliver best-in-class guest experiences. This role requires night and weekend availability and a proven ability to motivate a team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in Restaurant Management.
• FOH and BOH operations knowledge.
• Food handlers certification required.
• Strong time management skills.
• Understanding of PL and inventory statements.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Adaptable with leadership abilities.
• Capable of leading and motivating a team.
• Decision-making capability.
• ServSafe certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering outstanding product and service.
• Monitor training and provide guidance to team members and shift managers.
• Maintain a clean, organized restaurant and high food quality.
• Operate to meet corporate performance and profit expectations.
• Supervise and motivate staff daily to perform at a high level.
• Maintain equipment knowledge and oversee preventive maintenance.
• Recruit and hire hourly staff for FOH & BOH.
• Communicate effectively with staff, marketing, and Operations.
• Assist Marketing Director with campaign execution.
• Uphold company culture and deliver encore guest experiences.
