SONIC Drive-In in Prescott Valley, AZ is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a drive-in team, train crew, and ensure clean, safe, and efficient service with an excellent guest experience.

You will open/close shifts, schedule staff, manage inventory, and drive sales improvements while maintaining compliance with labor and sanitation laws. Strong leadership, recruiting and communication are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred.
• Minimum of two years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Able to work a minimum 5 day week with irregular hours, nights, weekends.
• Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices.
• Knowledge of federal/state labor laws and local health/sanitation rules.
• Strong leadership and verbal/written communication skills.
• Basic accounting and computer skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work autonomously; multi-task effectively.
• Problem solving, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.
• Willingness to abide by SONIC appearance, uniform and hygiene standards.

Responsabilidades

• Manages, trains, coaches crew, carhops, and skating carhops.
• Directs and assigns staff to meet operational standards.
• Ensures compliance with employee handbook, policies and practices.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Prepares staff schedules; adjusts staffing levels as needed.
• Monitors inventory and places orders within cost controls.
• Maintains payroll records and employment-related files.
• Reinforces customer service and focuses on guest satisfaction.
• Resolves guest requests and assists in addressing complaints.
• Interviews and hires staff to achieve proper staffing levels.
• Prepares operational reports and action plans to address trends.
• Develops and implements a marketing plan.
