Job summary

SONIC Drive-In in Tempe, Arizona is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, train and support Crew and management, ensure safe, clean and efficient service, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You will open/close the store, schedule staff, manage inventory and payroll records, and develop action plans to address sales trends, while upholding brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of labor laws and sanitation regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach crew and management to meet service standards.
• Open/close the restaurant and manage daily operations.
• Prepare staff schedules and adjust staffing levels as needed.
• Monitor inventory and place orders within cost controls.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan and address sales trends.
