Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems LLC seeks a General Manager in Salt Lake City, Utah to lead the distribution location. You will drive daily sales, service, and installation operations while shaping growth strategies and profitability.

You will own budgets, analyze performance, and develop a high-performing team in partnership with HR and Operations. This role requires travel and strong leadership across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• At least 6 years leading teams, sales, and account management with proven success.
• Hands-on experience managing a P&L to track performance.
• Experience with sales forecast accuracy.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and SAP; strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business operations across the distribution location(s) with a focus on sales, service, and installation.
• Design and execute high-impact sales strategies that accelerate revenue growth and market penetration.
• Own financial performance by managing budgets and preparing P&L reports.
• Champion customer satisfaction by resolving escalations and ensuring high-quality experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead people operations and talent development in partnership with Corporate HR.
• Support efficient parts and warehouse functions with NA Operations.
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements.
