Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems Distribution seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations at the Woodinville, WA location, driving sales, service and installation while managing budgets and profitability. You will partner with the Commercial Leadership Team to design go-to-market strategies and oversee employee development and cross-functional processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least 6 years of work experience in leading teams, sales, and customer/account management with proven track record of success

Responsibilities

• Drive daily business operations through effective leadership of sales, service, and installation at the distribution location(s).
• Partner with the Commercial Leadership Team to design and execute high-impact sales strategies that accelerate revenue growth and market penetration.
• Own financial performance by managing budgets, analyzing P&L statements, and other financial reports to make data-driven decisions that maximize profitability.
• Champion customer satisfaction by monitoring feedback, resolving escalations, and ensuring high-quality experiences across sales, installation, and service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement across the distribution location(s).
• Lead all people operations and talent development in partnership with Corporate HR to build a high-performing team.
• Partner with NA Operations to support efficient parts and warehouse functions at the distribution location(s).
• Ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements.
