Job summary

Aramark seeks a General Manager to plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services for a client typically generating $2-15M+ in revenue. You will lead operations across food service, facilities, custodial, and more, building strong client relationships and ensuring safe, compliant service.

As a capable operations leader, you will develop a team, manage budgets with Finance, and implement growth initiatives while meeting financial goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
• Strong client focus and ability to grow business.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with clients and senior management.
• Ability to read and apply contractual requirements.
• Experience in service industry or contract services.
• Proven leadership of multiple managers.
• Experience with budgets and financial controls.
• Experience developing sales strategies and implementing programs.
