Job summary

Aramark is seeking a General Manager to plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services for a client typically generating $2-15M+ in revenue. You will lead operations across food service, facility support, custodial services, and more, building strong client relationships and driving safety, quality, and financial results.

Responsibilities include leading a capable management team, supervising budget design with finance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and continuously improving service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities or Business Management.
• Focus on client and customer service and building a strong business.
• Strong interpersonal skills for communication with clients and management.
• Ability to read and implement contractual requirements.
• Experience in service contract environments or hospitality.
• Proven leadership across multiple managers.
• Experience creating and managing a department budget and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team providing contracted services with hands‑on execution management.
• Manages client and community relationships at the location and develops plans for service excellence.
• Builds and leads a management team to meet objectives.
• Recommends improvements based on operational needs and contractual obligations.
• Partners with Finance to manage budget and improve financial performance.
• Ensures compliance with local, state and federal regulations and records.
• Upholds Aramark's safety standards and business conduct policy.
