Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level education preferred in a related field.
• Strong client and customer service focus and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Savvy interpersonal skills for communication with clients and management.
• Ability to read and implement contractual requirements.
• Experience in service, contract services, or hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to lead through other managers.
• Experience budgeting, financial controls and analysis.
• Experience crafting sales strategies and implementing programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services with hands-on management.
• Manages client and community relationships at the location to drive satisfaction.
• Builds and leads a management team capable of achieving objectives.
• Recommends methods and resources for service improvement and growth.
• In partnership with Finance, manages a budget and designs improvements for financial performance.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regs and records.
• Upholds Aramark standards of operation and safety policies.
