AMR Roofing seeks a results-oriented General Manager to lead operations across multiple markets including Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Louisville, Cincinnati, and Columbus. You will oversee sales, production, and client satisfaction while driving revenue growth and ensuring top-tier service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in roofing or home services.
• Proven ability to build and scale a sales organization.
• Strong P&L management experience.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales, production, and operations within the market.
• Develop territory sales managers and teams.
• Set revenue targets, KPIs, and growth strategy for the market.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent across departments.
• Ensure timely completion of jobs and efficient claim processing.
• Lead regular meetings, training, and performance reviews.
• Manage market P&L and report financial performance.
• Coordinate with corporate leadership on expansion initiatives.
• Maintain company culture and compliance with standards.
• Resolve escalated client issues and maintain satisfaction.
