David M. Maines & Associates, a Maryland-based commercial roofing leader and part of the Skybound Service Partners platform, seeks a General Manager for its Maryland operation.

This role owns the full P&L, drives revenue growth, and leads a high-performing team to deliver profitable projects while building enduring client relationships. The GM will oversee top-line growth, improve margins, and develop a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across sales, production, and service

Formación

• 5+ years of leadership experience in commercial roofing or related field.
• Proven track record of revenue growth through business development and client relationships.
• History of building recurring client relationships with owners, facility managers, and contractors.
• Strong financial acumen: owning a P&L and delivering revenue/margin results.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop field-based teams and drive accountability.
• Excellent communication and commercial presence with clients, crews, and executives.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across MD territory.

Responsabilidades

• Drive top-line revenue growth across service, reroof, and new construction segments.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of commercial opportunities through outreach and referrals.
• Develop relationships with building owners, facility managers, property managers, and general contractors.
• Lead the sales process on key accounts and coach the sales team to close pipelines.
• Identify and pursue recurring revenue through maintenance agreements and multi-site contracts.
• Hold the Maryland P&L accountable; manage revenue, gross margin, overhead, and EBITDA to budget.
