Job summary

AMR ROOFING is hiring a General Manager to lead all market operations in residential roofing across Indianapolis and surrounding areas. You will oversee sales, production, and the field teams, drive revenue growth, and ensure top-level client satisfaction with full P&L accountability.

The role requires building and scaling a high-performance sales organization, managing territory managers, and implementing strategic plans to meet targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in roofing, storm restoration, or home services.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and scale a sales organization.
• Strong business acumen with P&L management experience.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Track record of hitting revenue and growth targets.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the market.
• Experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales, production, and operations within your market
• Manage and develop territory sales managers and their teams
• Set and drive revenue targets, KPIs, and growth strategy for the market
• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent across all departments
• Ensure claims are processed efficiently and jobs are completed on time
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
• Manage market P&L and report on financial performance
• Coordinate with corporate leadership on strategy and expansion initiatives
• Maintain company culture and ensure compliance with company standards
• Resolve escalated client issues and maintain high customer satisfaction
