Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring to lead a high- throughput collision repair shop across multiple locations. You will drive revenue and KPI achievement while overseeing front- and back-office activities from vehicle intake to delivery.

You’ll assign work to body technicians, prioritize teardown-to-paint workflows, and support teammates during peak periods. You will ensure quality, accurate billing, and compliance with safety standards, while coaching staff for growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of collision industry, understanding insurance procedures.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively to meet objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve results.
• Proficient with computers and technology.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs; manage front and back of shop from intake to delivery.
• Labor assignment and production management; prioritize teardown or paint workloads.
• Provide teammate support during peak times: greet customers, check-in vehicles, write estimates.
• Ensure repairs meet Crash Champions and I-Car standards; accurate billing and PPE compliance.
• Manage payroll and staffing; track punch-in/out and PTO/vacations.
• Coordinate daily production flow with Body Technicians, Estimators, and Parts Managers.
• Prepare DRP-compliant estimates after disassembly and update as needed.
• Recruit and coach teammates; conduct interviews and support progression.
