Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee front and back of shop operations, ensuring throughput, quality, and KPI targets are met across 650+ locations. You will assign work to body technicians, coordinate estimates, payroll, and staffing, while upholding safety and I-CAR standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of collision industry and insurance procedures.
• Ability to lead and coordinate shop operations.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver accurate estimates.
• Proficient with CCC ONE Total Repair Software.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs; manage front/back of shop to ensure throughput, quality, and efficiency.
• Labor assignment and production management; assign repair jobs to Body Technicians and prioritize teardown/paint.
• Support teammates during peak times by greeting customers, checking-in vehicles and writing estimates as needed.
• Monitor production goals; ensure repairs meet I-CAR standards and are billed correctly.
• Oversee payroll and staffing; manage punch-in/out, flag hours, PTO, and leave for weekly payroll.
• Coordinate daily production flow with Body Technicians, Collision Estimator, and Parts Managers.
• Write DRP-compliant estimates after disassembly and update estimates as needed; lock final estimates.
• Recruitment, coaching, and development of teammates; interview and hire best candidates; provide performance feedback.
