Job summary

Crash Champions in San Antonio is seeking an experienced operations leader to manage the front and back of shop, ensuring high throughput and quality. You will assign repairs to technicians, oversee teardown and painting priorities, and support teammates during peak periods while maintaining safety, accuracy, and efficient payroll processes.

The role requires strong knowledge of collision repair processes, ability to drive KPIs, and proficiency with CCC ONE software.

• Proficient with CCC ONE Total Repair Software.
• Proficient with computers and technology.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs; manage front and back of shop from intake to delivery.
• Labor assignment and production management for repair jobs and teardown/paint prioritization.
• Assist teammates during peak times by handling customer check-in, vehicle intake and estimates when needed.
• Ensure repairs meet quality standards, accurate billing, and PPE safety protocols.
• Manage payroll and staffing, including punch-in/out and PTO/leave tracking.
• Coordinate daily production flow with Body Technicians, Collision Estimator and Parts Managers.
• Write DRP-compliant estimates after full disassembly and discovery; update estimates as needed.
• Lead hiring and coaching of teammates, providing performance feedback and growth opportunities.
