Job summary

Crash Champions in Clearwater, FL is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee front and back of shop, drive throughput, and ensure high-quality repairs. You will manage labor, assign repairs, coach teammates, and ensure production aligns with KPIs while maintaining safety and accuracy in estimates.

The role emphasizes people leadership, workflow optimization, and adherence to PPE protocols, with compensation aligned to performance and company standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of collision industry and insurance procedures.
• Ability to meet deadlines and drive results.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with others.
• Proficient with CCC ONE Total Repair Software.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs.
• Labor assignment and production management: assign repair jobs and prioritize teardown/paint.
• Teammate support: assist customers, check-in vehicles and write estimates as needed.
• Monitor and attain production goals and standards; ensure repairs meet quality standards and are billed correctly.
• Complete shop payroll and staffing in a timely manner and manage PTO/vacations.
• Manage daily production flow and coordinate with team to meet delivery requirements.
• Write DRP complaint estimates after full disassembly and damage discovery.
• Team acquisition, coaching and development: hire and coach teammates for growth.
